How to make an exchange or return? 

Our goal is for you to have a great post-purchase experience. To ensure that the processes are carried out in a practical and agile manner, please follow the criteria below: 

Exchange: 

Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the order, the customer must express the desire for exchange by providing the product to be exchanged. It is necessary to send an email to info@sharkandcow.pt, and within 48 business hours, you will receive a response. The maximum period to receive your exchange after the expression of desire is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, otherwise, your request will be automatically canceled. 

Return: 

The withdrawal/repentance of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods. To request the return, please contact us through the email info@sharkandcow.pt, and within 48 business hours (business hours), you will receive a response. The maximum period to receive your return after the expression of desire is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, otherwise, your request will be automatically canceled. Conditions for product exchange/return: 

We inform you that our rules indicated below must be fully complied with and under the possibility of refusal of exchange or return after our receipt and analysis. 

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, box, or any packaging that accommodates it well, keeping it safe to avoid any damage that may occur during transportation. 
  • The product cannot show signs of use and/or washing. 
  • The product must have all intact labels. 
  • The corresponding invoice or the content declaration must be sent together with the product in case of inspection during transportation. 

If the desired product is not in stock, the buyer can exchange it for any other merchandise (at a higher value with payment of the difference, at a lower value with the remaining balance in a credit coupon) or request a discount coupon with the value paid for the product. 

Shark and Cow reserves the right to refuse the exchange if the terms above are not respected.
